Equipment Hire & Supply to the Event Industry
West London - Feltham
Monday to Friday – days only
Salary circa £35,000 - £37,000 plus bonus & commission

Due to increase in business, an opportunity has arisen for the recruitment of an Account Executive to join their dynamic team and play a key role in supporting our clients and internal departments across sales, logistics, and warehousing.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives in a competitive, detail-oriented environment and enjoys building strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the primary point of contact for client enquiries, orders, and service requests.
* Oversee the full sales cycle, from initial contact through to post-event follow-up & feedback.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while contributing to new business growth.
* Coordinate with internal departments (logistics, warehouse, finance) to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
* Prepare & manage client quotes, follow up on proposals, and handle bookings with accuracy and efficiency.
* Identify opportunities to upsell additional products or services that add value for clients.
* Work closely with the Sales Manager and wider team to achieve performance targets and uphold high standards of client service.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven Experience in “re-active sales” and account management, preferably within the events or hospitality industry.
* Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering exceptional client experiences.
* “Knowledge of the Event Industry would an advantage”
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
* A creative mindset to identify new opportunities and propose innovative solutions.
* Excellent multitasking, organisational, and coordination skills.
* Proactive, self-motivated to thrive in a dynamic environment with an outgoing & confident personality.
