The Project Manager's role
The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery is aligned with client objectives. The Project Manager will manage programmes, costs, and risks, while coordinating multidisciplinary teams across commercial office and hotel developments.
The Project Manager will lead client meetings, manage procurement processes, and administer contracts. This Project Manager will also be responsible for maintaining strong communication across all stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

The successful Project Manager will be chartered or working towards chartership (MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB or equivalent) and will have demonstrable experience delivering commercial office and hotel projects within a consultancy environment. The Project Manager will hold a relevant degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related discipline.
Strong commercial awareness, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders are essential for this Project Manager role. The Project Manager should be proactive, organised, and capable of taking ownership of projects.
