Pink Tile Education is thrilled to be working with a lovely nursery attached to a welcoming mainstream primary school in Eastbourne — just a short walk from the station! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a friendly and nurturing Early Years team where every day is filled with creativity, play, and those special “lightbulb moments.” About the Role: You’ll be supporting children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), helping to create a safe, stimulating, and joyful learning environment. You’ll work term-time only, in line with the school calendar — which means you’ll enjoy the school holidays off! Hours: 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday (school hours) Term-Time Only: Enjoy the same holidays as the school! Location: Eastbourne – just a short walk from the station Your responsibilities will include: Supporting learning and development across all areas of the EYFS curriculum Creating engaging, play-based activities to inspire curiosity and confidence Observing and recording children’s progress to help shape their learning journeys Building positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues Contributing to a warm, inclusive, and supportive school community ✨ About You: You hold a Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent) You have experience within a nursery or primary school environment You’re passionate about giving children the best possible start in life You’re caring, creative, and a great communicator You have (or are happy to obtain) an enhanced DBS Pay: £90 per day ️ Start Date: ASAP If you’re a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner who loves to see children thrive — and would love a role with school hours and term-time holidays — we’d love to hear from you!
