About Our Client

Job Description
As Head of HR you will be responsible for;
3. Deliver people strategy for Business Unit
4. Support managers across multiple sites with engagement, performance, and development
5. Lead and support the HR team, helping them grow and thrive
6. Take the lead on employee relations and build good relationships across the business
7. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, learning, performance and compliance
8. Use HR data to support decision‑making
9. Support change projects such as restructures, integrations and process improvements
10. Manage reward, benefits and recognition programmes
The Successful Applicant
The successful candidate will be;
11. Available immediately or with short notice
12. Commutable to Nottingham c. 4 days per week
13. Strong HR leadership experience, ideally in operational or industrial type environments
14. Confident supporting and influencing managers
15. CIPD L7 or similar
