What You Will Deliver
* Be responsible for the delivery of employee relations support to managers and colleagues through consistent and effective case management practices.
* Proactively coach and support managers in handling the full range of employee relations matters, encouraging informal resolution where appropriate and ensuring alignment with policies and procedures.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of people policies and practices, supporting regular reviews and implementing updates where necessary.
* Manage and coordinate external employment claims, balancing legal and business risk while upholding NewDay’s values and standards.
* Implementation of organisational change and undertake colleague consultation activity.
* Lead a team of 2 People Advisory Specialists to deliver commercially focussed advice.
What We're Looking For
1. Detailed understanding of employment law and employee relations practices, ensuring effective management of related issues.
