Role Overview:
We are seeking a hands-on Oracle Delivery Recruiter/Team Lead as the Oracle Delivery team is currently expanding due to market improvement and the need for greater delivery capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
* An experienced Oracle delivery consultant who is ready to step up and lead a small team. Must have extensive and demonstrable Oracle recruitment experience.
* Responsibilities:
* Leadership (Player/Coach): This is a hands-on role - rallying the team daily, conduct regular check-ins, coaching, and handle all line management duties (including monthly KPIs and development plans).
* Delivery: Actively work the delivery desk themselves, filling high-volume, long-term contract roles.
