What you will do: * Deliver a high standard of care to individuals with mental illness and personality disorders. * Develop therapeutic relationships to enhance patient engagement. * Adhere to codes of conduct standards and legislation while promoting ethical practice and respecting others' rights. * Contribute to patient assessments develop care plans with individuals and monitor their progress. * At senior levels lead shifts mentor and provide support to student nurses and team members.
