Role Overview
One of my clients are looking for a detail-oriented Workday Support Analyst to join their technology team and play a key role in maintaining and enhancing their global HR systems. The position involves supporting multiple Workday modules, resolving issues, and partnering with internal teams to improve processes and workflows.

Key Responsibilities
1. Provide day-to-day functional support for Workday, covering core modules such as HCM and other areas including Time Tracking, Absence, Performance, Compensation, Recruitment, and Reporting.
2. Respond to and resolve technical queries, service requests, and incidents within agreed timelines.
3. Diagnose problems, propose solutions, and escalate issues when necessary.
4. Partner with HR and IT colleagues to align system functionality with business requirements.
5. Monitor upcoming Workday releases and evaluate the impact of new features.
6. Assist with system updates, configuration changes, and associated testing activities.
7. Maintain clear and accurate documentation for processes, workflows, and system configurations.
