Queenscroft High School (Part of Primitas Learnng Partnership),
Exam Co-Ordinator and HR Admin Officer
Salary: Grade 8 SCP 22-27 (depending on years service) £32,654 to £37,035
Actual £28,932.26 to £32,813.93
Hours of work: Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 4.30pm Friday 8.30am to 4pm
37 Hours per week – 40 Working Weeks Contract: Weeks Permanent
You will be required to work 38 weeks plus 5 INSET days plus 1 week when students are not in the Academy
Responsible to: School Business Manager and Co-Headteachers
Start Date: ASAP
About our School: Queen’s Croft is a 200-place secondary special school for students aged 11-19 with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD). It is one of the largest special schools in the area. Our cohort of students have a range of Special Educational needs with their primary area of learning being cognition and learning and communication and interaction.
Many of our pupils have needs such as autism, ADHD, and global development delay. Students primarily live in Lichfield, Rugeley, Tamworth, Cannock and Stafford, but also travel from surrounding areas such as Walsall and Birmingham. We are proud to be part of the Primitas Learning Partnership, which is a near medium sized academy trust. Queen's Croft is the only special school within the trust. We are part of a family of six other schools: four mainstream primary schools, and two mainstream secondary schools.
About you: We are looking for a highly organised, resilient, enthusiastic and energetic person to work collaboratively as part of the whole school team in supporting the administration of exams and HR. To positively role model skills and behaviours, upholding the vision and values of the school.
