This is an exciting opportunity for a Tenancy Management Officer to join our Damp & Mould Team, the role will be covering all regions but specific properties that require housing management assistance to complete damp and mould works.
What will my working week look like?
Whilst you will be a Regional Worker, you will also need to be based within a reasonable travelling distance of our Head Office in Birchwood, Warrington to attend meetings and training courses when needed.
What will I be responsible for doing?
First and foremost, you will be working independently, taking the lead on the delivery of a first class, end-to-end customer focused tenancy management service.
One of the great things about this role is you will have the flexibility to manage your own diary, choose a suitable working location that works for you and your customer base and be able to influence how our estates and neighbourhoods look and feel.
