Location: Bedfordshire | Full-Time | Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days home – flexible which days)
Salary: £55,000 (Senior) | £35,000–£40,000 (Town Planner)

Due to continued growth, our client is expanding their Planning Team (currently 5 strong) and looking for a commercially minded, proactive planner who thrives in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
You’ll work on projects ranging from £250k to £25m, leading complex developments across the UK from concept to delivery.

The Role
You will: depending on your staring level
* Lead and manage the planning process for major schemes nationwide
* Prepare and sign off planning reports
* Provide strategic planning advice to clients
* Represent the company at committees and stakeholder meetings
* Oversee applications, appeals and planning conditions (RIBA Stages 1–6)
* Drive quality, innovation and continuous improvement within the team
What We’re Looking For
* Degree in Geography, Urban Planning or related (2:1+)
* 3–4+ years’ experience in the private sector (consultancy or developer side)
* RTPI Chartered or working towards
* Strong project management and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
