Your responsibilities will include: Drafting Wills and advising on estate planning Managing probate and estate administration Providing inheritance tax advice and lifetime tax planning Drafting and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs) Advising on Court of Protection applications Assisting with the creation and administration of trusts (desirable but not essential) Due to location, much of the work is acting for HNW clients across the South Hams. Experience of this already is not essential The role offers a balance of client-facing work and autonomous file management, supported by an experienced and approachable team About You Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEx) Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Private Client law Strong client care, communication and organisational skills Ability to manage your own caseload independently STEP qualification (or willingness to study toward it) is advantageous Applications welcome from those nearing qualification Ready to Take the Next Step?
