We are currently recruiting for a Commercial Operations Manager to join us for a 6-month period, to work directly with our Commercial, Supply Chain and Finance teams to contribute to the S&Op process, providing support to the Commercial teams in assessing outlook and building the commercial story for internal and external stakeholders.
This is a great opportunity to play an important role at an exciting time in our journey. In this role, you will:
* Work with the senior leadership of the commercial, Finance and Supply Chain functions to build out the Commercial story for key business meetings. Lead the management of risks and opportunities ensuring a consistent approach and framing key decisions in Monthly Business Reviews
* Drive the numbers driven execution of the commercial plan with the teams, defining with the leaders what success looks like for business results and driving the teams to achieve and exceed targets
* Coordinate and drive the Sales inputs into the S&Op process, driving cross functional alignment and ensuring we drive the maximum level of clarity into the forecast
* Lead interaction with Supply Chain & Demand Planning, relative to customer specific capacity inquiries, challenges, SKU expansion, and customer service decisions
* Coordinate/attend allocation hypercare / product availability meetings and update key stakeholders
* Support the execution agenda of the commercial team managing and flagging risks and opportunities to Supply Chain
The successful candidate will have 7+ years of experience in Sales, Supply Chain or Finance, and exposure to S&Op process driving accuracy and results delivery. Critical thinking and experience of driving commercial decision making are essential, along with a track record of excellent cross-functional collaboration.
The role is based in our London HQ (in Farringdon).
