Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site Senior Project Manager/Quantity Surveyor (PM/QS) role based in Knutsford. The Senior PM/QS will oversee project management and quantity surveying activities, ensuring cost efficiency, timely delivery, and high‑quality outcomes. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, conducting inspections, coordinating logistics, expediting tasks, and maintaining communication with clients and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met effectively. The role requires a detail‑oriented individual with excellent organisational and leadership skills. Qualifications
* Strong expertise in Project Management and Logistics Management to oversee end‑to‑end project delivery and efficiently manage resources.
* Proficiency in Expediting and Expeditor‑related tasks, ensuring timely and effective completion of project activities.
* Experience in conducting inspections and ensuring compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills to manage teams and collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
* Proven ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively within construction projects.
* A degree in Quantity Surveying, Project Management, or a related field; professional certification (e.g., MRICS, APM) is advantageous.
* Knowledge of and experience in handling UK construction standards and regulations.
* A proactive and detail‑oriented approach, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
