Are you a passionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work? We are currently seeking enthusiastic Supply Teaching Assistants to support schools across the Conwy area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who enjoy variety in their work and want to gain experience across a range of primary school settings.
The Role:
* Supporting teachers in delivering engaging lessons
* Working with small groups or on a 1:1 basis with pupils
* Assisting with classroom management and behaviour support
* Helping to create a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Adapting to different school settings and age groups
Requirements:
* Previous experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)
* A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to build rapport quickly with pupils and staff
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
Desirable:
* Welsh language skills (not essential, but advantageous)
* Experience supporting ALN/SEN pupils
