TRR have been commissioned to identifya skilled SC Cleared ServiceNow Architect to support the design and optimisation of the ServiceNow platform, with a focus on ITSM, CMDB and CSDM for one of their government clients. Must be UK based. Fully Remote. Long Term contract -Excellent Day Rate DOE.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives
The role will provide architectural leadership, ensuring the platform is aligned with best practices and capable of supporting scalable service management solutions.
* Define and maintain the ServiceNow technical roadmap
* Design end-to-end ServiceNow solutions aligned with enterprise architecture
* Provide architectural governance across ServiceNow implementations
* Oversee CMDB structure, data quality, and governance
* Implement and maintain the Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
* Work closely with delivery teams and stakeholders to support platform development and optimisation
Required Skills/Experience
The ideal candidate will have the following:
* Proven experience working as a ServiceNow Architect xxuwjjq
* Strong expertise in ServiceNow ITSM
* Deep understanding of CMDB design and governance
* Hands-on experience with CSDM implementation
* Strong experience in ServiceNow integrations and enterprise architecture especially multi-vendor ecosystems.
* Good understanding of ITIL service management processes
