The Role
You’ll join a busy and expanding Property Litigation department, taking on real responsibility from the outset. This is a chance to build your client base and work on a wide range of matters, particularly within prime London real estate for HNW and UHNW clients.
Your caseload will include:
* Professional negligence
* Dilapidation claims
* Contract disputes
* Arbitration and mediation
* Landlord & tenant disputes, break notices, lease terminations, and possession proceedings
