Position: Area Manager – Liverpool
Salary: up to circa £45,000 plus up to £10,000 bonus opportunity, plus company car.

Heron Foods is one of the UK's fastest-growing food retailers with over 340 stores across England and Wales. As part of the B&M retail group, we are expanding with new store openings planned month-by-month. Responsibilities
* Lead approximately 11 stores within the area (Leeds and surrounding areas, including Castleford, Dewsbury, Birstall and Cleckheaton).
* Work with the Regional Manager to nurture talent and execute robust succession plans to develop future stars to strengthen the area.
* Inspire teams to deliver excellent store standards and sales performance to support continued growth and community presence as a trusted discount retailer.

Essential skills or experience
* Experience within a similar retail role at Area Management level.
* A record in the development of teams and achievement of results.
* A genuine passion for retail, customer service and product.
