An established not for profit organisation located in South Manchester, is looking for a proven Head of HR to manage a small HR team and run the full HR function. This is a broad hands-on role with operational and strategic duties covering employee engagement, employee relations, learning & development, recruitment, employment legislation and HR best practice, as well as HR projects. In order to be suitable you must have experience in an HR Manager, HR Business Partner, Head of HR or similar senior People / HR position, with experiencing of managing teams. It is essential to have experience in a high-volume transactional role in a fast-paced environment, with lots of recruitment. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior HR professional to join a dynamic organisation in a key role. This Head of HR role is paying up to £60,000 plus benefits.
