Job Description
* Provide on-site technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
* Respond promptly to service requests and resolve technical problems efficiently.
* Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and peripheral devices.
* Collaborate with the Technology team to implement IT solutions and upgrades.
* Maintain accurate records of support activities and ensure proper documentation.
* Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system outages or performance issues.
* Provide guidance and training to end-users on the use of IT systems and applications.
* Ensure compliance with company IT policies and procedures.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Deskside Support Engineer should have:
