A Head of HR to:
* Lead the HR function
* Manage the full employee life-cycle
* Review the HR function and modernise it
* Play a key role in significantly changing the HR function and embedding best practice across the organisation
* Reviewing and update HR policies and processes,
* Line manage one HR professional
* Support with the implementation and roll out of a new HRIS and ATS, and aligning this to new processes
* Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
* Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements
* Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture
* Support the organisation's leadership team during this interim period of change
* Manage employee relations casework
* Lead staff well-being initiatives
Profile
A successful Head of HR should have:
* Previous line management experience
* Previous experience in updating a HR function
* Previous experience working in Education essential
Job Offer
Head of HR - Can be an interim role, temp to perm or a straight permanent hire
Up to £58,000 with the potential to increase after probation
