The Role
* Take full ownership of all aspects of running the venue. You will be given autonomy and run the site as if it were your own business.
* Demonstrate business savvy and great commercial acumen.
* Train, nurture and develop your staff to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
* Have impeccable floor, bar and late-night experience knowledge.
* Have opportunities to train, personally develop and progress your career as the company grows.
What We Are Looking For

* Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a general manager, depending on the property.
* Strong communication and organisational skills, approachable.
* Excellent customer and floor service skills.
* Broad business knowledge from financials to customer satisfaction.
* Entrepreneurial spirit.
* Passion for people, training, mentoring, and a team-oriented attitude.
* Personal licence holder is beneficial.
