Head of Sales. PE29, Huntingdon, Cambridge, Cambridgeshire
Overview
We are seeking a Head of Sales for a software and technology business supporting charities. This role offers the flexibility of working from home or a hybrid setup, and provides an opportunity to shape the sales framework within a fast-growing SME in Cambridgeshire.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement sales processes, strategies, and structures to adapt to an evolving market sector, including AI and modern technological innovations.
2. Drive revenue growth and establish a strong commercial and strategic foundation, including refining value propositions and aligning with the technology roadmap.
3. Collaborate closely with the Technical Director to influence the future direction of the business.
Candidate Profile
* Experience in developing sales frameworks within a technology SME is preferred.
* Interest or exposure to IT, Software, AI, or related fields is advantageous.
* Networking within universities, charities, or the not-for-profit sector is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills and strong IT and tech proficiency are essential.
* Ability to adapt and wear multiple hats in a dynamic environment.
* Experience with software tools like Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Canva, or similar is beneficial but not mandatory.
