Overview
Location: Unit D Kingston Court Retail Park, Newcastle-upon-Tyne. Hours: Saturday am/pm/evenings, Sunday am/pm/evenings, Mon-Fri Evenings 4-8:15pm (8 hours a week with opportunity to work more hours). Salary: £9.50 - £12.50 per hour.
Role
Sales Adviser (Festive Sales Adviser) in a Superdrug store. You will deliver excellent service, help customers with product needs, and ensure the store is well stocked with a high level of presentation. You may be trained in ear and nose piercing to support our in-store piercing business. This role is a great experience to develop towards future leadership with in-house training and apprenticeship qualifications.
Responsibilities
* Serve customers and deliver excellent service to ensure customers don’t miss out on Star Buys
* Maintain store presentation and stock levels
* Contribute to achieving store targets
* Support piercing services (training provided, optional)

* Confident and clear communication skills
* Passionate about retail and customer service
* Desire to learn and improve knowledge/skills
* Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change
* Willingness to carry out piercing services for customers (training provided) (Optional)
