Key Responsibilities:
* Lead on behaviour management strategies across Years 7-13.
* Act as the first point of contact for behavioural incidents and referrals.
* Mentor students to improve engagement and conduct.
* Collaborate with staff, parents, and external agencies to support student welfare.
* Administer interventions, detentions, and pastoral tracking systems.
* Maintain accurate records using systems like SIMS and CPOMS.
* Support safeguarding procedures alongside the Designated Safeguarding Lead.
* Promote high standards of attendance and punctuality.
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in behaviour management within a school or educational setting.
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Confident in handling behavioural challenges and promoting restorative practices.
* GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths (Grade C or above).
* Familiarity with school systems such as SIMS and CPOMS (training provided).
* A commitment to safeguarding, inclusion, and student wellbeing.
