Liquid Personnel is recruiting Advanced Social Worker for its client's Disabled Children’s Service Team at Devon. An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Social Worker to join the Disabled Children’s Service in South Devon. This is a full-time position (37 hours, Monday–Friday) offering a balance of home and office working, with attendance in Totnes required for duty days (minimum 1–2 days per week) and visits across the locality. What will your responsibilities be? You will hold act as Advanced Practitioner within a team of Social Workers supporting caseloads of children and young people, including CIN, CP and Children in Care, with a focus on children with disabilities. The role involves statutory casework, assessments, care planning and multi-agency working to ensure safeguarding and positive outcomes.
