Your role will involve close interaction with clients, stakeholders, and a diverse team of experts from various Tetra Tech disciplines. Together, you'll craft innovative solutions that make a real difference.
Typical responsibilities will include:
* Client facing reporting
* Multi-disciplinary team leadership
* Plan and successfully execute projects
* Understand and interpret the scope of each project
* Plan and agree project deliverables
* Provide appropriate advice on the management of projects
* Manage project information within a Common Data Environment
* Manage procurement processes
* Programme management
* Risk and change management
* Responsibility for establishing capital budget parameters and cash flow of projects
* Administering industry standard contracts
* Understand and implement quality management processes
* Using IT system to maximise services delivery
* Responsibility for accounting, costing and billing
About You:
* Experience working on complex infrastructure projects
* PMQ Accredited preferably
* Past experience of managing multiple projects with a keen interest in developing skills in scheduling and project management
* Strong communication skills including the ability to manage meetings with senior client representatives
* A collaborative approach including managing large technical teams
* Proven ability to deliver to deadlines
* Able to work collaboratively with clients in order to deliver results
* Professional and ethical in everything that you do
* Able to identify and develop a phased approach to delivery, working collaboratively with the client to understand and agree the project requirements.
* Team player, able to deliver multiple projects to tight deadlines and to form effective relationships.
* Determined approach to delivery
* Good practical application of Microsoft Software, including Project, Excel and Word
* Ability to prepare and implement a range of project tools including programmes, risk registers, Stakeholder Management Plans, Project Execution Plans and Quality Assurance Plans
* Driving licence preferable
* Suitability for SC Clearance as this may be needed in the future
