We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Facilities Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in the planning and delivery of a wide range of small works and reactive maintenance projects across all college sites. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent coordination skills and a strong focus on service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
About the Role:
Being the main point of contact for all external parties and instruct reactive maintenance works including arranging estimates, raising purchases and processing invoices.
Visit college premises to undertake building inspections and arrange works as necessary.
Implement and manage documentation files for all works undertaken, using shared files and systems.
Essential Requirements:
Minimum of Level 2 qualification in English andMathematicsGCSE4+orCandabove/ CSE Level 1 / O-Level C or above / Level 2 Adult Numeracy or Literacy or equivalent.
Education to Level 3 or above and/or a professional qualification in relevant subject area or equivalent.
Essential Experience:
To have excellent customer service skills.
