We partner with a wide range of businesses, from growing manufacturers to major industry names, supporting them with permanent and interim recruitment across Operations, Technical, Engineering, NPD, Commercial and Supply Chain functions.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to add an ambitious Recruitment Consultant to the team.
The Role
This is a full 360 recruitment role managing both client relationships and candidate delivery across the FMCG and manufacturing sectors. The position would suit someone with previous recruitment experience or somebody from industry looking to move into recruitment.
You will be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates, managing recruitment processes and helping grow key accounts across the business.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement
2. Building and developing relationships with new and existing clients
3. Sourcing and engaging candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals and networking
