Delivering a high standard of client care while managing your own caseload, you will attend to enquiries and clients in the Family department. You will work closely under the supervision of the supervising solicitor, providing support to them and the office where required. You will strive to achieve department and individual targets in line with the current business plan and ensure you provide a profitable contribution to the work of the Family Department.
You will ensure that you are compliant with policies as well as exceed the requirements of external regulators including the SRA and LAA. You will be aware of and comply with the Money Laundering and Bribery Regulations.
Educational Qualifications/Experience
* Qualified Solicitor
* Experience in Family Law
* In addition to the relevant qualification required for the role, the holder of this post should possess the following competencies:
o Strong communication skills both written and oral with clients, staff and external parties. o Self-motivated, clear thinking and able to carry out case work accurately
o A proactive approach with an ability to work independently
o Practical, calm & common-sense approach to problem solving
o Excellent computer literacy skills
