We're now looking for a female Night Support Worker to join our friendly care team in the Hexham area, providing one-to-one care for a male client with a spinal cord injury. About the Role: Our client lives in a peaceful, rural location in an adapted home just a short distance from his family. His family is actively involved in his care and will occasionally stay overnight. You'll be part of his dedicated night care team, working 11pm 7am, supporting with: Personal care (washing, dressing, toileting) Moving and handling Light domestic tasks Monitoring overnight wellbeing A live-in team member will also be present during the night in case any additional support is needed. In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs, working regular weekly shifts to build a consistent, trusted care team. While hours are usually stable, the position is offered on a zero-hours contract as care packages can change.
