* Annual Salary: £60,000-£70,000pa
* Location: Hybrid (3 days in the office per week)

My client isseeking a Head of HR to lead our Human Resources department within a large organisation. This strategic role encompasses organisational change, strategic projects, TUPE, payroll, HRIS, MI, and pension management. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned HR professional with a track record of driving HR initiatives that support business objectives.
Day-to-day of the role:
* Lead and oversee the delivery of a comprehensive HR service to the organisation, including all aspects of HR operations and systems.
* Drive organisational change initiatives to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the company.
* Manage strategic HR projects, aligning them with business goals and objectives.
* Oversee the TUPE process, ensuring compliance and smooth transitions during mergers or acquisitions.
* Supervise the payroll function, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
* Lead the implementation and optimisation of HR Information Systems (HRIS) to enhance HR analytics and reporting capabilities.
* Develop and manage Management Information (MI) systems to support decision-making processes.
* Oversee the pension scheme, ensuring it is managed effectively and meets the needs of employees and the organisation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Head of HR or similar leadership role within a large organisation.
* Strong knowledge of organisational change, strategic project management, and TUPE.
* Experience overseeing payroll, HRIS, MI, and pension management.
* Excellent leadership and people management skills.
* Ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* Relevant HR qualifications or equivalent professional experience.
