A highly regarded London firm is looking to appoint an experienced Private Client Secretary to join its long-established Private Client team. The department is known for its high-quality, discreet work with private individuals and families, and offers a supportive, professional working environment with strong long-term stability.
You’ll provide full secretarial and administrative support to a mix of partners and associates. This includes document production, digital dictation, diary management, preparing and binding deeds and wills, coordinating client communication, file opening and compliance tasks, billing support and general day to day team organisation.
You will have strong experience as a Private Client Secretary or PA within a legal environment, confidence liaising with clients at all levels, both in person and by phone, excellent document and file management skills, including formatting and version control and a strong attention to detail.
