Support Worker
All applicants must hold a full, valid, and clean driving licence and have their own vehicle due to the location and the needs of the service.
Bournebridge House is set in six acres of land, giving us a beautiful working environment and great surroundings. This is a residential service where we support young adults with learning disabilities and or autism.
We offer the chance to work in a lovely rural location with the opportunity to learn new skills. We welcome visits to our service to see if Bournebridge House is the right fit for you!
What we’ll give you:
We will ensure you are rewarded for all your hard work, which is why we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes, but is not limited to:
1. £13.50 per hour weekdays and £13.75 at weekends.
2. 30 hours per week.
3. Waking Nights - 9 pm to 8 am.
4. Working alternate weekends.
5. Fuel allowance, £50 per month for full time staff and £25 per month for part time staff.

What you’ll be doing:
12. Supporting individuals with their personal, physical, and emotional needs throughout the night.
13. Completion of nightly duties, including domestic and administrative tasks.
14. Undertaking training online and face to face where necessary.
15. Taking part in the chosen activities of the people we support.
16. Personal care.
