Production and Manufacturing Operative
Location: Buckingham (MK18) – Close to town centre
Salary: Up to £31,000 per annum (DOE) + Bonus Scheme + Free daily lunches (worth somewhere in the region of £1,200+ a year savings!)
Hours: Monday to Friday, daytime only – no weekends

As a Production and Manufacturing Operative, you’ll work in a clean, organised environment preparing, manufacturing / producing, checking, and packaging customer orders — no heavy lifting required.
You’ll need to be reliable, detail-focused, and happy being on your feet through the day (with regular breaks). Previous hands-on experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing is helpful but not essential — full training is provided.
