Overview
Online Administrator — Full-Time | Permanent | Monday to Thursday 8am to 4pm, Friday 8am–1.30pm
Join a long-established importer, distributor, and retailer of lighting and electrical accessories
Responsibilities
* Efficiently process online orders and returns received from various channels including Amazon, eBay, Wayfair and others.
* Some channels require CSV file exports from Customer portals and importing into our own ERP software system.
* Effectively liaise with the sales, warehouse, marketing and finance teams.
* Produce courier labels and make courier bookings.
* Produce despatch manifests for couriers.
* Check stock availability and communicate issues to customers.
* Reply to customer enquiries via telephone, email and online selling portals.
* Assist with the Trade order processing side of the business, production schedules and Aftersales as required (to cover holidays)
Desirable Experience
* Previous office-based role with Customer Service experience
* Previous experience order processing online channel orders
* Excel spreadsheets
* Skilled at multitasking and time-management with ability to prioritise tasks
About You
* Confident managing online marketplace portals (training will be given)
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Professional customer service with a positive and helpful approach
* Excellent communication skills and team player in the workplace
* Comfortable using and learning business systems and integrations
