Are you an experienced HR systems professional with excellent Excel skills, looking for a meaningful part-time opportunity? We’re seeking a confident, detail-oriented HR Systems Coordinator to join our friendly and collaborative People team for a 6-month maternity cover.
You’ll play a critical role in managing and maintaining our clients HR systems and supporting a large-scale change and restructuring project. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact in a purpose-led organisation that values teamwork, trust, and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the systems lead for our HRIS (Cascade) and ATS (Networx) – including reporting, troubleshooting, and user support
* Produce advanced reports using query builder tools and Excel to support ongoing change initiatives and Board/Executive reporting
* Merge and prepare documents such as scoring forms and letters for restructures using mail merge
* Update job roles, salary changes, and other key HR data in Cascade
* Run employee surveys using MS Forms and contribute to compliance reporting
* Work closely with Finance to support the integration of their new scheduling system with Cascade
* Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple care homes, providing clear communication and support
What We’re Looking For:
* CIPD qualified or equivalent experience in HR systems administration
* Hands-on experience with HRIS and ATS platforms (Cascade and Networx ideal, but similar systems considered)
* Advanced Excel skills – confident with pivot tables, graphs, filters, and formulas
* Comfortable working in a highly regulated, service-based environment (e.g., care, education, or housing)
* Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive mindset
* A team player who enjoys problem-solving and can juggle multiple priorities with accuracy
* Experience supporting line managers and employees in shift-based or multi-site settings
