Legal Practice Officer - Legal Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Legal Practice Officer to join our dynamic legal team. Responsibilities Manage and maintain legal case files and documentation with strict confidentiality. Coordinate communication between attorneys, clients, and third parties to ensure timely updates and responses. Assist in the preparation and review of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence. Organize and schedule meetings, hearings, and court appearances for legal staff. Ensure compliance with relevant legal regulations and internal policies within the practice. Support billing processes by tracking time and preparing accurate invoices for clients. Conduct legal research and gather information to assist attorneys with case preparation. Requirements Proven experience in a legal office or similar environment. Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation. Excellent organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail. Proficient in using legal management software and MS Office applications. Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Diploma or degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or related field preferred.
