Are you a graduate with experience working in schools in the UK? Are you looking to take your next step in education? You could already have the skills and qualifications needed to become an exceptional Cover Supervisor! New Directions is seeking Cover Supervisors to work in Medway and the surrounding areas. With rising student numbers and a shortage of available teachers, schools urgently need Cover Supervisors to support classrooms and maintain high standards of learning.
The Role of a Cover Supervisor
1. Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a productive learning environment.
2. Deliver pre-planned lessons across a variety of subjects.
3. Provide support for students and assist in their learning when needed.
This role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about education and wish to gain valuable classroom experience, whether as a stepping stone to teacher training or as a flexible career option.
About the School

Requirements for the Role
9. Hold a degree.
10. Have experience working in a UK-based school.
11. Be able to provide references covering the last two years of employment.
12. Complete an enhanced DBS check.
