The Ideal Restaurant Manager will:
Have proven experience in a senior front-of-house role within a premium or fine dining environment
Be confident in leading, training, and developing a high-performing team
Have a hands-on approach, leading by example and maintaining service standards
Demonstrate strong communication and leadership skills
Thrive in a fast-paced setting while keeping calm and focused
What Youll Do:
Lead and support the team on the floor during service
Deliver exceptional guest experiences with personality and poise
Maintain high standards in service, communication, and daily operations
Work closely with senior management to meet team and business goals
Train, coach and develop junior team members
