Forklift Driver – Counterbalance & Reach
Location: Tachbrook Park Drive, Royal Leamington Spa, Warwick, CV34
Pay Rate: £12.91 per hour + overtime
Contract: Ongoing with permanent opportunities
Pertemps are currently recruiting experienced Counterbalance & Reach Forklift Drivers to join a busy and well-established operation based in Tachbrook Park, Leamington Spa.
The Role
As a Forklift Driver, you will play a key role in supporting warehouse operations and maintaining best practice within a fast-paced environment. Duties will include:
* Operating Counterbalance and Reach trucks safely and efficiently
* Carrying out daily FLT safety and equipment checks
* Following instructions from Warehouse Team Leaders and Supervisors
* Supporting general warehouse operations as required
* Working in line with all health & safety procedures
Shift Pattern (Rotating)
* Monday – Thursday: 06:00–14:00 / 14:00–22:00
* Friday: 06:00–13:00 / 13:00–20:00
Pay & Overtime
* Standard rate: £12.91 per hour (39 hours per week)
* Overtime x1.5: £19.36 per hour
* Overtime x2.0: £25.82 per hour

Requirements
o Valid Counterbalance and Reach Forklift licences (in date)
o Previous FLT warehouse experience preferred
o Ability to work rotating shifts
o Strong health & safety awareness
