Cilento are seeking a detail-oriented Stock Administrator to join our team on a maternity cover contract, with the potential to become permanent. This office-based role supports stock control, inventory accuracy, and operational administration within our busy retail department store environment.

About the Role
The Stock Administrator plays a key role in maintaining accurate stock records, supporting inventory processes, and ensuring smooth coordination between departments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, comfortable working with systems and data, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintain and update stock and inventory records
* Process stock movements, adjustments, and transfers
* Assist with stock reconciliation and discrepancy investigations
* Support goods-in and returns processing administration
* Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding stock queries
* Generate stock reports for management
* Ensure all stock documentation is accurate and up to date
* Support general administrative duties within the operations team
Required Experience & Skills
* Previous experience in stock control, inventory administration, or retail operations
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel)
* Experience working with inventory or ERP systems
* Strong organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
