Prospero Teaching is delighted to be supporting a welcoming and supportive primary school in Bridgwater in their search for an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) to join their team from September 2026.
This is an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified teacher looking to begin their career in a nurturing environment, with full ECT support and mentoring provided throughout the induction period.
The Role
1. Full‑time class teacher position within a supportive primary setting
2. Deliver engaging, inclusive lessons aligned with the national curriculum
3. Create a positive and stimulating learning environment
4. Work collaboratively with experienced teachers, mentors, and senior leaders
5. Take part in professional development and ECT training programmes

The Ideal Candidate
11. Holds QTS (or will achieve QTS before September 2026)
12. Is an ECT or soon‑to‑qualify teacher
