2nd Line Support Engineer – Microsoft 365, Azure, Cloud

£28k - £33k DOE.
Are you an IT Support Engineer ready to step up into 2nd Line, or already there and looking for more responsibility?
This role will give you the chance to take ownership of escalations, work on cloud projects and develop your skills with Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune.
You'll be working in a fast-paced in-house environment with plenty of variety. One day you could be resolving Microsoft 365 tickets, the next you could be helping with a migration project or supporting networking and security. Upcoming projects will also give you the chance to gain hands-on experience with Entra ID.
Key Tasks
* Resolve 2nd Line escalations quickly and effectively
* Troubleshoot Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune environments
* Support Active Directory and Group Policy
* Provide networking support across DNS, IP, LAN/WAN and switches
* Install, upgrade and maintain software and hardware
* Contribute to IT projects including migrations and new rollouts
* Deliver high-quality support to internal users
Our Ideal Candidate
* Previous 2nd Line experience, or strong 1st Line ready to step up
* Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune and Active Directory
* Entra ID experience advantageous but not essential
* Proactive approach with strong troubleshooting skills
* Excellent customer service mindset, treating internal teams as customers
* MSP experience advantageous
* Apple and Mac support is a bonus but not essential
