We have an exciting opportunity to join us as a Quality Improvement Officer with the Accommodation Based Care Team. Reporting to the Commissioning Lead, key tasks will include conducting regular visits to care homes, supported living and extra care housing services; supporting services to complete quality assurance processes; and, working with commissioning managers to identify quality improvement opportunities and where necessary developing quality improvement plans.
Candidates will need to demonstrate the following skills and attributes:
1. developing processes and reporting systems which bring together operational level information that informs strategic commissioning.
2. supporting the delivery of a Quality Assurance Framework that promotes learning, development and improvement across accommodation based services services.
3. coordination of a range of data and intelligence and in high level reporting to inform decision making.
4. Understanding of the commissioning cycle and the role of adult social care and market development
