Essential Responsibilities:
1. Develop and manage partnership marketing strategies to drive business growth and engagement
2. Build and maintain relationships with partners, including regional system integrators, digital agencies, and consultants
3. Audit the existing developer program experience and identify areas for improvement
4. Design, build, and deploy strategic marketing communications to support the developer lifecycle
5. Take ownership of developer-focused platforms, enhancing architecture, content, and SEO
6. Plan and execute lead generation campaigns and lifecycle communications for developers
7. Manage Developer Meetup events, including invitations, logistics, and execution
8. Collaborate with partners to create joint go-to-market strategies and co-marketing initiatives
9. Create marketing toolkit content to help developers promote solutions on their own channels
10. Work closely with data and analytics teams to track performance and optimize strategies
Minimum Qualifications:
11. 5+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.

What we're looking For
8+ years of experience in partnership or channel marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful partnership programs.
Demonstrated experience in identifying, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships.
Strong understanding of marketing principles and tactics, including CRM, onsite marketing, digital marketing, content marketing; event marketing is a plus.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in English, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Bachelor and/or equivalent work experience required.
