Job Summary

As Senior Client Manager for National Security, you will play a key role in developing strategic client relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring sustainable and efficient delivery across accounts. You will act as a senior partner to National Security clients while driving commercial success and operational excellence. Role Objectives

Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Partnership
* Act as a strategic partner to National Security clients
* Build and maintain long-term relationships at all levels
* Develop strong understanding of the National Security landscape
* Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts
* Manage stakeholder expectations across technical and non-technical teams
* Act as escalation point for key client accounts
Project Delivery
* Support and oversee delivery of projects for National Security clients
* Collaborate across consulting, business analysis, and project management disciplines
* Ensure sustainable and efficient delivery processes
Commercial & Financial Management
* Drive commercial success and account profitability
* Develop and present business cases
* Identify and secure new revenue streams and partnerships
* Communicate value and optimise supplier relationships
Business Development
* Identify and pursue new strategic opportunities
* Develop compelling proposals and negotiate at senior levels
* Contribute to long-term account growth strategy
Leadership & Team Dynamics
* Champion positive team culture

Essential Requirements
* Experience managing client relationships within the National Security sector
* Strong business development and commercial experience
* Experience delivering projects in consulting, business analysis, or project management environments
* Ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible language
* Strong stakeholder management skills across senior audiences
* Experience developing and presenting business cases
* Active eDV security clearance
* Right to work in the UK without sponsorship
* Continuous UK residency for the past 10+ years
Interview Process
Stage 1 – Initial phone screening
Stage 2 – Capability interview focused on client management experience
Final Stage – Short presentation (10–15 minutes) and panel interview
