Assistant Site Manager job | East Midlands | £40k-£55k + car allowance + bonus with leading housebuilder

Your new roleAs an Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager in overseeing the day‑to‑day running of a busy residential development. Your responsibilities will include:
* Ensuring plots are built safely, to specification and to the highest quality standards
* Coordinating trades and subcontractors
* Managing site paperwork, H&S documentation, and weekly reporting
* Supporting customer care processes and handover preparation
* Upholding build programmes and identifying risks or delays
* Ensuring compliance with NHBC standards and building regulations
* You’ll play a key role in delivering a smooth, efficient, and customer‑focused build process.
What you'll need to succeedTo be considered for this role, you will need:
1. CSCS Gold, Black, or White card
2. SMSTS
3. First Aid at Work
4. Experience with traditional build housing
5. Strong communication and organisational skills
6. Additional certificates (e.g., scaffolding awareness, fire marshal, temporary works) are advantageous
