Job Title: Architectural Technician
Location: Ringwood
Salary: Up to £50k + package (maybe more depending on experience)

We are recruiting on behalf of a privately-owned contractor based in Hampshire that specializes in delivering good quality residential builds across the South. Due to sustained growth and a strong pipeline of work, they are currently seeking an Architectural Technician to work underneath the Senior Technical Manager and alongside a CAD Designer to assist with some Technical Management responsibilities but mainly to assist in CAD drawings as they look to bring this in-house and away from external practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing construction drawings on AutoCAD
*
Assisting with some Technical Management responsibilities
*
Working alongside the CAD Designer and offering help & support where needed
Requirements:
*
At least 5 years experience working on AutoCAD
*
At least 5 years experience working either for an Architectural practice or the design department for a main contractor/developer
*
Live within an hour commute of the office in Ringwood
