What You’ll Be Doing As a Project Manager, you’ll play a vital role in keeping projects moving and stakeholders aligned - from day-to-day delivery of retainers and sprints to full-scale replatforming projects. Project Management & Delivery Own end-to-end delivery of eCommerce website builds, integrations and feature projects (platforms like Shopify, BigCommerce, or Adobe Commerce/Magento Manage ongoing retainers for clients, including backlog grooming, prioritisation, and sprint planning Lead internal and client-facing ceremonies such as kick-offs, retros, demos, and stand-ups Maintain project plans, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies Proactively manage change control and scope, ensuring impact/risk is clearly communicated to all stakeholders Client Management Support resource planning and help identify potential resourcing gaps Act as the primary point of contact for your clients, fostering strong, trust-based relationships Translate business goals into actionable workstreams and timelines Ensure regular communication, reporting, and updates that match client expectations Manage client feedback loops and ensure a structured process for iteration and approval Financial & Commercial Ownership Manage time tracking, budget forecasting, and reporting for both retainers and projects Monitor burn against hours or budgets and manage risks early Who You Are UK based with right to work 3 years of commercial experience within a digital/ecommerce agency Experience working with cross-functional development teams Proven experience managing both fixed-scope project builds and monthly retainers Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery methodologies Excellent client management and stakeholder communication skill, experience with managing difficult conversations Confident working autonomously, with the ability to make decisions and manage progress independently Proficient in project tools such as Jira, Confluence, and project planning tools Solid understanding of eCommerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, BigCommerce, Adobe Commerce/Magento) Confident managing budgets from £500k Capable of managing relationships with some of the agency’s most strategically important clients, typically overseeing three or more key accounts at a time Benefits We’re fully remote and will support you from working from wherever you are 24 days holiday bank holidays an extra day holiday for each year worked Your birthday off Vitality private health cover (UK only) Pension Scheme Perkbox Long Service Bonus (5 years and 10 years) £1,000 referral bonus - Recommend a friend for a job!
